About NAON-Lost & Found App
App Insights
NAON is a lost and found platform that makes it simple to find anything that has gone missing. The platform is simple to use and allows users to search for and post lost items.
(Because this is a volunteer project, our team includes people from Berlin, China, the United States, and Indonesia.
Problem Statement
Discovery Phase
-
How we can connect people who lost their valuable items with those who find it and help them in a way
-
How people will trust on our designed product
-
Will people be willing to report a found item by signing up?
How we are going to measure success
-
The idealistic approach is the successful return of lost objects to their owners. However, because this KPI is difficult to fulfil, we predict an increase in the number of persons reporting Lost/Found things.

How we did
This is a crazy 8 activity in which we all sketched the UI in 8 minutes, which works as a challenge to the brain to generate more prominent ideas.

Usability Testing
Testing MVP with users
We conducted user testing after prototyping the MVP of a mobile app. We assign them specific tasks to complete with the app while collecting real-time data on how they interact with it. For testing purposes, we used useberry.

UI Design
This is MVP Stage, final UI is in progress
Because this project is still in progress, I am unable to show the full scope of the UI design at this time. This entire app is now in the MVP stage.
